PREUX POWER supplies ECU calibration files, custom operating system development and related technical services. Files are produced to order from the original read supplied by the customer.
You are responsible for supplying a complete, uncorrupted read of the correct module, for confirming the vehicle is mechanically sound before any calibration is flashed, and for maintaining a stable power supply during flashing. You are responsible for keeping a backup of your original file.
Certain calibrations are supplied for closed-course, competition or off-road use only. It is your responsibility to determine what is lawful for your vehicle in your jurisdiction. Fitting an off-road calibration to a road-registered vehicle may breach emissions and roadworthiness law where you live.
Modifying engine management software voids most manufacturer warranties and can accelerate wear on drivetrain components. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential loss, mechanical damage, downtime or loss of vehicle use.
Revisions are free and unlimited for as long as the vehicle needs them. Because files are produced individually to order, credits spent on a delivered file are non-refundable. Unspent credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Files supplied are licensed for use on the single vehicle they were produced for. Resale, redistribution or bulk copying of delivered files is prohibited and will result in account termination.
We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, abuse of staff, redistribution of files, or any use we reasonably believe to be unlawful.
