Account details you give us (name, email, business name, phone, country), the files you upload, the vehicle details attached to them, and your support correspondence. We log IP addresses against security-relevant actions such as sign-in, download and administrative changes.
To produce and deliver your calibration files, support you afterwards, keep a history of work done on your vehicles, and protect the account from misuse.
Our transactional email provider receives your email address and the contents of notification emails, because that is how the emails reach you. Our hosting provider stores the data at rest. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your files with anyone outside PREUX POWER.
Original and modified files are kept so we can support and revise your calibration later. Ask us and we will delete the files attached to your account, though doing so means we can no longer revise past work.
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing desaintpreux@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
